You can expect to chat about your current symptoms and health history. You will then have an acupuncture session during the visit, if time permits.

You do not need a doctor’s note for acupuncture treatment with our naturopathic doctor.

Bring clothes that you can comfortably move in and that allow for flexibility for areas to be worked on. Many patients bring a change of shorts or tank top to change into for comfort. Do not wear clothes that have no stretch or are very tight fitting.

Many insurance plans cover naturopathic care at Centre Health in Val Caron. We offer direct billing to most insurance companies. Bring along your insurance card to your first visit and we can get this set up for you.
