At your first chiropractic visit with Dr. Watson, he will listen and ask the right questions to get to know your health. Our chiropractor will assess and examine what’s bothering you and work collaboratively with you to get you back on track. With your goals in mind, Dr. Watson will create an individualized treatment plan to keep you moving. Dr. Watson provides treatment on the first visit, unless there is a contraindication or further assessment required (x-rays), which he can order too.
You do not need a doctor’s note to begin treatment. Our chiropractor is a primary care provider and can be your first point of contact for your concerns. We love collaborating on your care with your family physician, specialist or other healthcare providers!
Many insurance plans cover chiropractic care at Centre Health in Val Caron. We offer direct billing to most insurance companies. Bring along your insurance card to your first visit and we can get this set up for you.
We may have you moving around a bit, so wear loose-fitting, comfortable clothing. Some of our patients choose to bring a change of clothes (e.g shorts or tank top, etc), we will provide private space and time to change.
Don’t forget to bring any previous medical documents, imaging or doctor’s notes that you’d like our chiropractor to review.
